All reservations require to be guaranteed with a valid credit card.
No deposit is required and our cancellation policy is 7 days. Should a reservation be cancelled within 7 days of arrival an amount equivalent to the first nights room charge will be made unless we are able to re-sell the room at the same rate.

We can accommodate children under 16 years of age in fold down beds when sharing a room at a cost of $38 per night to include accommodation and full breakfast.

We can accommodate adults above 16 years of age in rollaway beds when sharing a room at a cost of $58 per night to include accommodation and full breakfast.

To aid your relaxation and rest, our rooms do not have televisions or telephones.
Whilst we will do our very best to facilitate an early check in or late check out, our check in time is 3pm and check out 11am.

We can accommodate pets in a number of our rooms at a charge of $25 for dogs and $50 for cats. Please enquire for more details.

On some weekends a two night minimum applies and where this is the case there will be a premium for a single night stay. Please enquire with the Inn for more details.

Spectacular sunrises and sunsets combine with great cuisine and service to create just some of the reasons to enjoy a stay at the Robert Morris Inn. Glorious views out over this historic town and to the River and Bay beyond are broken only by diving Osprey and migrating wildfowl.

Our rates are for two persons sharing, per room, per night including accommodation, full Maryland breakfast, mineral water and ice in-room.

Admiral Rooms
Large rooms, original to the main house of 1710. Rich with period features, with seating areas and all have water related views.

Bottle Cottage
Large rooms with two in the cottage. More modern with seating areas and direct water views. Televisions are provided in these more modern rooms.

Attractive well appointed rooms/mini-suites of a good size, with seating areas and views over the historic town.

Cosy, value rooms but due to the age of the Inn, extreemly small. Two with views over the historic town and two with views over the back of the Inn.

Single occupancy is 75% of the full rate. On some key dates the single occupancy rate does not apply.
