All reservations require to be guaranteed with a valid credit
No deposit is required and our cancellation policy is 7 days. Should a reservation be cancelled within 7 days of arrival an amount equivalent to the first nights room charge will be made unless we are able to re-sell the room at the same rate.
We can accommodate children under 16 years of age in fold down
beds when sharing a room at a cost of $38 per night to include
accommodation and full breakfast.
We can accommodate adults above 16 years of age in rollaway beds when sharing a room at a cost of $58 per night to include accommodation and full breakfast.
To aid your relaxation and rest, our rooms do not have televisions or telephones.
Whilst we will do our very best to facilitate an early check in or late check out, our check in time is 3pm and check out 11am.
We can accommodate pets in a number of our rooms at a charge of
$25 for dogs and $50 for cats. Please enquire for more
On some weekends a two night minimum applies and where this is the case there will be a premium for a single night stay. Please enquire with the Inn for more details.

POLICY - TERMS & CONDITIONS ACCOMMODATION
All bookings will be considered definite when confirmed in writing, by email, fax or verbally. We accept reservations up to 24 months in advance.
Payment must be made prior to or upon departure. Payment may be made by Credit Card, Debit Card (not Diners or American Express), Cash, Check and Bank Transfer.
Due to taxation changes we are unable to include a charge for Gratuity. We can add what you instruct us to at the time of departure/settlement, or you may leave a gratuity entirely at your own discretion. The state of Maryland now taxes "business applied" gratuities at 6% on room, food and non-alcoholic charges and a higher rate of 9% on alcoholic beverage charges. This of course increases the cost to the customer and makes the administration of the proceedure unmanageable for smaller businesses
Published Tariffs may be subject to alteration without prior notice. We reserve the right to increase prices in the event of circumstances beyond our control.
BAR SERVICE TIMES
The latest finish time for non-resident guests is 1am Friday and Saturday and 12 mid-night Sunday through Thursday. The Residents Lounge will be open to residents only, for drinks once all non-residents have vacated the building and grounds of the Robert Morris Inn. We would remind resident guests that the latest this Bar will remain open will be 2am; we do however request that all public areas are vacated by 2.30am. Supporting as we do the responsible consumption of alcohol, Management retain the right to stop serving any customer, without giving a reason.
EQUIPMENT & PROPERTY
Customer possessions and valuables are brought into The Robert Morris Inn at their own risk. The Robert Morris Inn accepts no liability for loss or damage. The company cannot accept any items for safekeeping.
Customers are responsible for any damage caused by them, their guests, agents or employees whilst on the premises.
Bedroom check out time is 11.00am. To allow staff time to service the rooms the earliest check in time is 3.00pm.
We cannot guarantee access prior to this time but will facilitate early check-in should it be possible.
ACCOMMODATION CANCELLATION POLICY
1 tor 7 Night Stay
Please be advised that we require 48hrs notice of cancellation. In the event of no notice of cancellation or cancellation within this period, we regret due to our rural location, we will charge the total of your first night stay unless the room is re-sold at the same rate.
All cancellations will be considered definite when confirmed in writing, by email or fax by the hotel.
FUNCTION/EXCLUSIVE USE CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation 6-12 calendar months prior to the function: Deposit is retained and 50% payment for exclusive use due unless facilities are re-sold at the same rate
Cancellation 2-6 calendar months prior to the function: Deposit is retained and full payment for exclusive use due unless facilities are re-sold at the same rate
Cancellation less then 2 calendar months prior to the function: Total Function Charge due and deposit retained
Charges will be based on provisional numbers booked.
We impose cancellation charges in all circumstances and you therefore may wish to consider purchasing an
appropriate insurance policy, which covers your function.
When a booking is confirmed in writing, by email, fax or with a credit card number, a contract is deemed to exist. This contract is governed by USA law.
