An Epicurean Journey - Food & Wine Pairing Dinner with Mark's business partner, Ian Fleming. Tonight he shares his personal favourites from around the world, paired to dishes from our Master Chef, inspired by his travels. Very much an "old world" evening.

Ian has been involved in operating and developing some magnificent properties throughout his career from small intimate Hotels and Inns to grand industry Legends.

Ian owns the highly acclaimed Lake of Menteith Hotel in Scotland, awarded Small Country Hotel of The Year 2017, third year running, The 1744 Washington Inn and Tavern in Princess Anne and co-owner of 1710 Robert Morris Inn.

One of the UK's first winners of the "30 under 30 Acorn Award", a founding member of The Academy of Wine Service, was a recent recipient of an "Entrepreneur Commendation Award" at The Scottish Hotel Awards and is a full member of the Institute of Hospitality.
